nabasa ko lang to somewhere dati, one of the easiest ways to get yourself to sleep:
  • lay on your bed syempre san pa ba
  • relax your mind & body
  • don't move any part of your body, just close your eyes and stay still
  • practice breathing exercises (inhale, exhale for 3 to 10 times)
  • try to stay in your position for 15 mins or so, if nakatulog kayo then it worked ;)
natry ko na yan dati, himbing ng tulog ko legit hahaha 👌 hope it helped!
