Ma'am, I suggest na drink water palagi before ka matulog. Kasi ayon sa studies na nabasa ko, kahit natutulog tayo, ang katawan natin ay patuloy pa ring nagkokonsumo ng tubig. Hula ko lang po, baka po dehydrated kayo. Try to maintain at least 8 glasses of water a day. Stay hydrated!
