Hey guys is it possible to use my laptop pc as WiFi Hotspot?

Possible yes,

For Windows:
Run with your cmd in administrator mode:

Setup with your hotspot SSID and Password:
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=SSIDName key=password

Start Hotspot
netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Stop Hotspot
netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
