Pano po mag add ng multiple value sa listview using single string? Ung situation is everytime na ciniclick ko ung button nag kaka nadadagdagan ung label ko, ang gusto ko ma store ung mga previous values nya sa listview from another windows form, pano po kaya gagawin kong condition?

Gumawa ka ng class that "get" and "set" the string.
Create a function that returns a list using the class you create.
Sa main form button event, mag cacall sya sa list function.
Thats the logic idea. Just consider the foreach loop.
