PHHealth Profile Clustering System
The system is capable of account management. This feature can be accessed by both barangay and city health officials, which can manage their own account information like changing username, password, and other information. But the account of the city health official is capable of creating accounts for officials of each barangay, provided with the necessary information. The city account has a barangay account management feature that can add, update, and delete barangay accounts. It can also activate and deactivate barangay accounts.
Health profile management is the other feature of the system. It provides questions and indicators to collect health-related data, such as demographic and health info, with the use of health profiles. This includes adding, editing, viewing, and deleting the health profiles of individuals. This feature can be used by users in each barangay so that they can collect data of the resident of a specific barangay. The system will update the overall data analysis for every change of every health profile data.
There is a feature of the system capable of providing a history of every data stored for data monitoring. This will be useful for monitoring changes in terms of the health data in a specific health profile and the health condition of a specific individual.
The system can also handle and store data about conditions and diseases and how to deal with them. The users can list information about a particular health condition so that they can check if what is the applicable solution on the specific health condition.
The system is capable of sorting and grouping updated data according to a specific category such as location, age, and other specific indicators needed. This feature will be useful to determine the occurring health issues in the community.
When it comes to managing health programs, the system has a feature for adding updating and deleting health programs that are implemented to address specific health conditions. With this feature, the users will be able to have a list of necessary health programs and to monitor the different health programs that are established within the community
The system also has the feature of providing statistics and graphs based on the specific information needed. It can generate reports based on the data collected. It also provides map visualization using colors and numbers to indicate the severity of a specific condition occurring in all barangay within ---- depending on the health category. The barangay health official can view and generate reports of their own barangay, while the city health official can view and get the health reports of all barangays, which will be helpful for choosing the right actions in controlling the health status of the community.
