Good day po sa lahat. Ask po sana ako ng advice sa mga apple growers po. I did managed po na makapatubo ng mga seeds through the ref method.

Ref method na ginawa ko po ay nilagay ko po yung mga apple seeds sa small plastic cup na may wet paper towel at nilagay ko po sa ref for several weeks. Then nung tumubo na po sila ay nilipat ko po sa sterilized seedling soil na binili ko po sa mall at yung pot container po na ginamit ko po ay yung empty 2 liters plastic bottle ng coke na hinati ko po sa gitna but not separated para maiclose ko din po at nilagyan ng mga air holes sa taas. Napansin ko po after several days po ay they slowly wilted and died. Nilagay ko po sa lilim na hindi po gaano naaarawan.

Plan ko po ulit na magtanim and this time, with the help/advice of apple growers here ay makakapagpatubo na din po ako successfully. Nasa northern Luzon po ako lowland and naisip ko po na tamang-tama this month of november na magpatubo ng mga apple seedlings para sa december to January ay malamig pa din ang klima.

natry ko na din makapagpatubo without using ref method ,binabad ko lang sa hydrogen peroxide tapos binalatan at nilagay sa pot ilang days lang tumubo at nakadahon kaso after a week nalanta several times ako nakapagpatubo ,parang kinakain lagi ng insects yung roots nya kaya nalalanta,hanggang ganyan lang kaliit mga tubo nya ,sayang

Tingin ko po yung ginawa nyo po na itanim direct sa pot after removing yung balat ng buto (through the use of hydrogen peroxide) helps significantly in the seed to acclimatized sa usual temperature sa lowland compared sa ref method na from cold temperature na biglang mapupunta sa temperate temperature.

Very similar din po yung case ng inyong pinatubong apple seedling na nagsisimula sa base ng stem na nalalanta up to the whole plant dun po sa mga pinatubo ko po. Siguro what we need to come up is a solution on how to avoid yung paglalanta ng roots even if it is planted on an sterilized soil para maincrease ang success rate ng apple seed germination.
