Tutorial po kung pano makakuha ng Notability for ios 9 sa iPad mini and iPad 2.

Then sa iPad mini or iPad 2 mo, punta ka lang sa purchased section, click the cloud icon right next to nitability, then click mo yung option na download last compatible.
At yun! May notability kana na for free and legit!
