Possible reason is drivers not properly installed, if DA file ang problema may lalabas dapat yan na error, paki install po muna ng drivers at kung may error po kahit nakainstall na ang driver paki sreenshot po at ipost mo dito baka sakaling matulungan ka

If drivers already installed at ayaw pa din po magflash, baka po may boot key yan, pakitry din po ng vol up + vol down, vol up or vol down, pakitry ng buttons kapag po ikokonek na sa pc
