Mga master ask ko lang po netong Everyday problem namin sa Internet

Its always show " Your connected but can't get internet connection".

Nag re crimp na din po ako ng Cable. But still ganon padin

I use this command to settle this problem

 ncpa.cpl
[enable / disable internet]

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

but, After a few restart or kinabukasan.
ganyan na naman sya.
ano po kaya yung best way to fix this issue?
