❓ Help bm622 to bm622i still connecting

2 mac na po ung tnry nung binilihan ko. 1st try sa bm622 ayaw mag connected , Tapos inupgrade to bm622i , ibang mac na dn ginamit. Ganun pa din po still connecting . TIA
