HTML naman ay sa mga para sa mha gumagawa ng Webpage ng Websites.

Start with the basic tools, madami diyan magagandang IDE at madaming features pero kung nag sisimula ka palang start with the basics, kasi yung mga advanced na IDE marami na yan ginagawang shortcuts para sayo and it's not recommended for learning.
