🔒 Closed distorted screen

pahelp po sa android phone ko kapag naka sleep mode po tapos iunlock distorted na po yung screen nya kaya kailangan tanggalin muna yung battery tapos on ulit. ganon nalang po parati ginagawa ko. ano kaya problema nito. at wala ring signal pero nadedetect naman yung sim nakikita ko yung number nong sim sa settings.
