problem is; i cant seem to connect to a #forbidden# vc (No Route), neither Valorant (code:62). and i think it had something to do when i turn on "Portal Setting", that's when the time the problem suddenly occured (it was good all the way before then) but when i try to turn it off, it wouldn't work and the login portal was still up (even tho the message shows up that i successfully changed the settings). I wanna try to turn it off by doing a hard factory data reset, but still wouldn't work. Tried to long press the 'reset' button for 10-20sec and also the needle, didn't give any response. I also did it in 192.168.1.1 but it really didn't wipe the data and the portal was still up...

Anyone know how?

Model: PLDT Prepaid Home Boosteven CAT6
The problem only occur when using Wifi, LAN is fine
