Use google or youtube there are hundreds of resources online, AFAIK there is no standard way of writing pseudocode.

Example of adding two numbers in pseudocode:

SET firstNum <- 0
SET secondNum <- 0
SET sum <- 0
INPUT firstNum <- 10
INPUT secondNum <- 5
        SET sum <- firstNum + secondNum
OUTPUT 'The sum of the first number and second number is 15'
