PHHi po. Triny ko pong magchange ng IMEI ng E5577s-321 ko (both via putty and sa telnet command via cmd) pero lagi po akong may naeencounter na error. It's either connection refused (via putty) o could not open connection to the host on port 23: connection failed error (via cmd). Ano po kayang kelangan kong gawin to resolve this issue?
