I don't need this actually. I just showed in my comment that there is in fact the OInstall.exe in the RAR archive. And I was able to download the RAR archive successfully intact even with my anti-virus (Windows Defender) enabled.

Sure, before running OInstall.exe, the anti-virus must be temporarily disabled because of this :

But like I said, it's not my problem since I don't have to install this on my system anyway---I merely commented on Barbie20's post.

Well in that case we are on the same page.. I just like to help others who needed the application.
In that case let's just help others on how they can download and install the file in a correct way, for them to used the app on their daily needs..
