paypal lang meron ako, ang gcash lang sa mga tindahan ang pang re-recieve ko.
ibig sabihin kahit wala kang personal na gcash pwede maging cash ang paypal funds ko kung may mag papalit from paypal funds to GCASH,then i-send nya sa gcash na gagamitin ko mula sa tindahan.

kaya ko nasabi na hindi ko ma cash out ang pera sa paypal kasi wala akong personal na gcash account

Kumikita yata yung buyers dahil mas mura po nilang napapalitan yung PP>GC or GC>PP
Tapos yung sellers naman, hindi kasi nila ma-access yung PP or GC nila, hindi mai-cash-out
