Ano po ang typical work day (or night since us time zone hehe) sa call center? Tsaka ano po sa tingin niyo yung mga dapat iwatch out sa work aside from violating the rules? Last na po pala hehe ano po pinaka useful na tip niyo kahit training palang?

If first time mo you just have to show your trainers na willing ka magwork sa BPO, show them your eagerness. Tapos confidence lang, since nakapasa ka na naman. Syempre may mock call yan. Always compose yourself. Pag-aaralan nyo rin yung do's and don'ts sa company and sa account na papasukan mo. You need to multitask as well during mock call or assesment/certication kasi ige-gauge din kayo dyan.
