❓ Help Call center interview

Actually depende yan sa company, iba iba ang approach ng HR pag dating sa interviews, merong gusto formal, meron naman gusto parang nagkkwentuhan lang kayo, depende nalang talaga sa kanila.
 
Not necessary na fluent pero better kung oo. As long as kaya mo mag communicate ng straight English pasok na yan sa banga.
ang technique diyan, kapag Filipino ang tanong, sagutin mo ng Filipino, pag English, kung hindi ka confident sa english mo, at least Taglish.

Pero since you said Call Center ang inaapllyan mo, so most probably mandatory na marunong ka mag english.
 
Most of the time, if first time mo mag call center, eto ang mga posibleng itatanong sa'yo:

"Tell me something about yourself"
"Why should we hire you"
"How do you see yourself 5 yrs from now"
"What made you decide to pursue this job/position"
"How do you handle stress/workload management"

Regardless of their question, inaalam lang naman nila ang capability mo on how you communicate. Mas ok parin na hindi parang scripted or galing AI lang 'yung mga sagot mo kaya dapat pagaralan mo rin mag personalize ng mga sagot.
