Follow these steps:

• Sign in to your Facebook Account
• Go to compose mail.
• Enter the username of your friend as username@ facebook.com.(ex: walker@ facebook.com)
• Type-in the message(whatever you want to write) and then send it. Your message will be in the inbox of the friend who has blocked you on Facebook.
• In this way you can regain the Contact with him again.

Just to add:

1. Go to your friends
2. Search for the certain name
3. If the picture is the default facebook photo, he/she didn't blocked you and it's just a deactivated account.
4. Then if he/she is not in there, your totally blocked.
