❓ Help Router troubleshooting

wala kasi kaming internet ng mga nakaraang araw, nireport namin sa ISP (internet service provider) matagal sila bago pumunta samin, matagal na kaming nagreport ngayon lng sila pumunta wala naman silang inayos sa hardware, kinonek lng yung LAN ng router sa laptop tapos ayun may internet na, ilang araw kami naghintay tapos 10mins lang inayos ok na agad.

Ask ko lang kung anong ginawa nung IT sa router namin? para pagnawalan ulit ng net di na kami magiintay sa service nila, nakakapanghinayang lang yun mga araw na walang net. maraming salamat sa sasagot!

before sila pumunta sa bahay niyo pinupuntahan nila yung demarc, protocol yan sa lahat ng ISP. pumunta sila sa bahay niyo to verify internet connectivity. if there is no internet, 1st you need to do is powered off the modem/router. then check if there is an internet light(flashing) if wala, check PON light(steady) if wala, check LOS(blinking red) , indicating a fiber cut

nakita ko po kasi sya prang nacoconfigure sya, yun po sana gusto ko matutunan ginawa nya if incase mangyari ulit samin ganun.
btw, nakailang off\on na po kami ng router nun. salamat po sa reply
