Hello I am currently using cat 6 Ethernet cable, our isp plan is 100mbps but it is getting 200mbps because of boost

My speed using cat 6 is normal I am getting 8ms ping with 200-300mbps up and download

My question is if I upgrade my Ethernet to cat8 what should I expect and what is the big difference of the two

None. No Difference. Ethernet CAT6 is more than capable of reaching even 1GBPS.

Changing your cable to CAT8 won't change a thing unless your Plan is more than 1GBPS, and even then, you'd need special equipment to handle speeds faster than 1GBPS.

TL;DR: None, no speed increase will occur. The speeds you'll get will still be 200-300MBPS.
