Ung printer ko kc ayaw irecognize ung cartrige nia n black, nka 3 bili na ako ng bagong black na cartridge,
Anu kaya problema nya mga lodi

Hmmm better to bring it to the expert technician on hp desk jet, probably not compatible or parts issue na. Maybe reprograming also.

Locally bought (Philippines) ba yang HP Deskjet 1515 printer mo? Or galing pa sa ibang bansa? If it is the latter case, then it's possible that your printer requires a "Regionalization Reset". You will need to contact HP Support to help you with that.

Ganyan din nabili kong HP sa SM. Sabi ng supplier sa UAE nanggaling yung printer. Dinala ko sa HP at pinareset ko sa kanila para marecognize yung cartidge na galing dito Pinas.
