Gumagana. Live Photo and all. Directly from the Google Play Store (on my Android tab) ko nakuha/dinownload yung app (TikTok + TikTok Wall Picture). Kita mo naman sa screenshot ko sa naunang comment ko above (visible at enabled ang "Install" button).

Nope. Matagal na itong Google account ko. Wala pa akong Android device pero meron na ito. Philippines ang country setting nito ever since and never ako nag-switch to another country sa account profile ko.

Sa Android phone na gamit ng asawa ko, puwede din niya i-install yung Tiktok Wall Picture app since visible at enabled yung "Install" button din (like sa Android tablet ko). We are both not using VPN. Never din na nagalaw/nabago yung Philippines sa country setting and wala din namang need/reason para i-change yun sa Google account niya.
