❓ Help Scanned Mac not working

nag scan po ako ng ip ko. Then I scanned around six of IPs with open port. Nakakuha ako ng 2 mac dun sa na scan ko note that those were new series or not? The Macs were C4 and 00:1E . Bakit po kaya hindi sila nag work nang gamitin ko? Thanks in advance
