PHEpisode 6: "One World, One People"
Wilson puts on the new Captain America suit and flies into New York to save the GRC from the Flag Smashers' attack with the help of Barnes, Carter, and Walker. Carter separates Morgenthau from the others and confronts her for betraying her, revealing that Carter is the Power Broker. Batroc threatens to expose Carter but she kills him. Wilson comes to reason with Morgenthau but when she points a gun at him, Carter kills her. After carrying out Morgenthau's body, Wilson convinces the GRC to postpone the vote and make efforts to help the people Morgenthau died fighting for. He also convinces the government to create a statue honoring Bradley. Meanwhile, en route to the Raft, the remaining serum-enhanced Flag Smashers are blown up by Zemo’s butler in a suicide attack. De Fontaine gives Walker a new suit and asks him to become a new hero codenamed U.S. Agent. Barnes makes amends by telling Nakajima that he killed his son when he was the Winter Soldier. In the mid credits scene, Carter is pardoned by the US government and offered to rejoin her division in the CIA, giving the person on her call full access to government secrets and prototype weapons.
