boss, patulong naman paano po kaya i troubleshoot to?

sa cellphone ko connected yung wifi, nakaka access to facebook, google, youtube, etc. (see below)



while sa laptop ko connected naman siya, pero no INTERNET? hindi rin ako maka access sa youtube, google, etc. (see below)




ano po kayang problema ? nanuod na ako ng yt videos, di ko ma fix , please help me. ty

Try resetting network settings.. search mo lang sa search button ng windows

na reset network ko na po , ilang ulit na tapos , restart pc. ayw pa rin po

can you reinstall your wifi drivers?
Also right the wifi icon then troubleshoot problems

paps try mo edelete un wifi driver sa devise manger. mag automatic reinstall ulit.

Lods try mu this update mu newest time kasi minsan pag nakaconnect ka tas iba yung time mo, hindi ka makakaconnect.

Change time and date settings tas update mu, ganyan nangyari sa TV namin connected pero wala net yun pala need update ang time mu,

Pag wala sa time punta ka control panel meron dun diagnose mu net mu para mafix nila.

Try mo mg flush dns or renew ip
