Guys pano ko po kaya uumpisahan ang pag gawa ng Fish kill prediction analysis using python? May prepared dataset na po kami which is the fish kill incidence from year 2015-2019 sa Taal lake galing sa Bureau of fisheries and aquatic resources(BFAR). Should i choose Support Vector Machine or Conventional Nueral Networks Algorithm?
