PHCoolUtils Total Outlook Converter Pro 5.1.1.469
CoolUtils Total Outlook Converter Pro (Repack & Portable) - converts Outlook email with attachments to PDF, PDF / A, DOC, HTML, TIFF, TXT, EML, MBOX. It is ideal for archiving, backup, or freedom of information requests. Legal users will appreciate the ability to stamp the bayts.
Attached files can be converted to the target format or placed intact in a separate folder. The program extracts copies of emails directly from Outlook or can process your PST file. Total Outlook Converter Pro offers many additional options such as renaming files, switching to UTC for emails received in different time zones, password protection or signing with digital signature. However, the step-by-step interface is good even for beginners.
The Pro version has advanced processing capabilities for attached files. She can save all attachments in a separate folder and at the same time give them new names based on the subject of the letter itself (it is easier to figure out which attachment belongs to which letter). If the attachments are compressed, the program can decompress them automatically. Attached pictures can be inserted into the text of the converted letter (it depends on the format into which you are converting letters; pictures can be easily inserted into DOC and PDF, but not into text files). If the attached files are Microsoft Office documents (DOC, XLS, PPT), Total Outlook Converter Pro can convert them to the same format as letters.
