Walang masama sa araw araw. Pero mas okay din kung may 1 day rest, para yung namamagang muscles makarecover at magexpand uli, pero kung feeling mo overwork na due to some muscles fatigue, at beginner ka lang you need rest and protein and carbs.
 
Is it normal na sumakit yung muscles mo around the abnomen area kahit months na yung pahinga mo? I finished kasi this 28 days challenge, tapos nung magsstart ulit ako sa panibagong challenge di ko na kaya, ang sakit na nya sa abs.
 
months? overwork ka yata paps. mas okay kung maglight exercise ka jogging and some abs training, then go with low calories intakes, just protein and carbs (for energy). Di kc pareparehas katawan natin may iba can have abs in quick iba months, baka mamaya napull out or tear na palang muscles sa abdomen mo. Di ako expert di ako nutritionist or gym instructor 😅 base lang yang sa experience ko.
 
[XX='Yahallo Jeolx, c: 1015451, m: 1072603'][/XX] Di naman siguro ako over work, I think light to medium intensity lang yung exercise na yun, mostly abs then bòò†ÿ workout yun atska I rest kapag may masakit. First time ko lang talaga mag exercise the whole month, after nun kahit crunches lang ang sakit na hahaha, thanks sa advice tho siguro mag jojogging muna ako hahaha.
 
Kahit everyday ka mag jogging paps, oks lang as long as kaya mo. Stretching ka muna or walking muna bago mag jogging. Wag mo din biglain, kung first day mo hanggang pagpawisan kalang oks na yan (usually 2-4 rounds) para makapag adjust ka, kpag nkapag adjust kna malalaman mo na hanggang saan ang limit mo or kaya ng katawan mo.
