Mas ok yung sakto lang di payat di mataba. Problema ko din yan dati. Makakatulong kung makakapag workout ka kahit sa bahay lang. Dumbbell pinaka maganda kasi pwede ka makapag DIY. Hindi ka pa masyadong pagod unlike sa push up ramdam na ramdam mo ang bigat ng katawan mo. Tsaka darating din yung edad na kusa ka na lang talagang tataba kahit anong kainin mo.
