Patulong po papakabit kasi kame ng internet dito sa bahay converge po. Pero may problema po hindi daw magkapareho yung address sa dti document at dun sa application form ano pong pwede kong ibigay sa kanila sa lCurrent proof of billing at Supplementary Document? ito pong supplementary document hindi ko talaga alam kung ano yan. Hehe Salamat mga master.

I think the supplementary documents is like barangay certificate of the applicant .
