para sa aking ang ibibigay ko na grado kay duterte bilang presidente ng pinas is 3/10.
hindi ko talaga na gets e kung paano sya nanalo... btw hindi ako dilawan ha.. sadyang mahal ko lang ang pilipinas.. ang daming namatay na inosenti sa termino nya.. ang pnp nagkada leche2 na... mas ok pa si isko or manny pacuiao mg presidente.. si sara duterte pwde nmn sya mag congresswoman muna tska na sya mag senador... bagsak talaga ang serbisyo duterte. tagal nmn ng 2022.

kaya nga paps, rating an official's performance by the general population can be more of subjective sa point of view sa mga tao. If they think that these administration did help improve their lives throughout these six years, then they will surely think that Duterte's administration did a good job

Pero if you're gonna "truly measure a person's performance" then measuring by numbers is not the way to do it, kasi nga subjective diba, meaning may bias.

Pero kung imemeasure mo lang naman yung choice ng majority then I would also agree with you that measuring by means of "numbers" is the way to do it.

pero still subjective data are still data and therefore will still provide a significant explanation on how things are working. Remember, we are not talking about mathematics and physical sciences here, we are talking about social sciences. Though subjective data aren't ideal in an experimental research but these surely are significant and ideal when dealing with social sciences phenomena like politics, which is where our talks can be categorized

Bago tayo magbitaw ng mga sasabihin, mag research muna kung tama ba, marahil sa mga ibang administration gaya ng sinasabi na pinalayas para patayuan ng high rise building, ibang usapan yan kung wala kang ebidensiya. Hindi mo ba alam na si pangulong Duterte ang nagbigay ng maraming housing para sa mga mahihirap tulad nung housing project na para sa mga afp personnel na binigay nlang sa mga maralitang filipinong nangangailangan. Marahil tama ang accusation mo pero hindi kay duterte.

I would say na to measure a person's performance, "I" would use this as a basis:
Good Governance = Good Performance, simple as that.
How would I measure good governance? Simply, sa mga nagawa niya.

And to measure a person's chance to win the election theres really a lot of factors:
Ex.
Yung sa pag campaign, sinusuyo ng mga politiko ang mga tao, napakadaming promises diba? Gagawin ko to, ipapagawa ko to, aalisin ko to, etc.
Isa na rin yung mga nagawa niya na.
etc.

Yes data is still a data, nonetheless I wouldn't trust that data as a means of measurement of performance. Kasi napakadaming factors na nakakaapekto kung bakit binoboto ng tao ang isang kandidato.
