That is why the account access limit is not per device and is per username basis. If it is per device basis then it means it is mac-address. You don't have to worry about privacy. it is only your username that is being monitored.

if you are concern with your IP, every website you access in the web, the IP is being logged. If you are concern with your IP you may use VPN.
