❓ Help Pldt home prepaid wifi power on but not functioned

Hi po, magtatanong lang po ma'am/Sir at the same moment patulong na rin po hehehe. Paano po ba ito I have PLDT HOME PREPAID WIFI here po yung black edition po, pero after a few months po ng paggamit ko, ayaw na pong gumana, i tried to plug it on pero yung power indicator lang po yung umiilaw, the rest ayaw na po. Paano po ba ito ma'am/ sir? Slaamat po
