❓ Help B315s-938 problem with internet speed test vs actual speed (Admin access)

as per attached piciture po. mataas naman po yung internet speed test pero in actual speed lag po masyado sa ml at 2 connected devices lang naman po kami. 1 phone and 1 laptop.

as you can see po during that tseting naglalaro po partner ko ng ml. naglalag po siya at kahit 1 browser tab lang po ginagamit ko. what seems to be the problem ?

Globe at home na modems have absolutely no qos features. So if nagml partner mo you can only use lightweight internet usage apps. Don't load videos on youtube or facebook, don't download files, etc. You can browse google, phcorner (hehe plug), and other lightweight sites since these webpages are usually easy to load.

Thank you sa reply sir. Would it be possible if magconnect ako ng router with qos feature but the modem is still the internet source ? May progress po ba pag ganun ?

[XX='cirilo143, c: 786114, m: 351053'][/XX] Meron yan progress. Though, since yung qos is only applicable for internet na stable yung download, not really recommended yung Prepaid Wifi. Yung prepaid wifi kasi is LTE eh, speed varies from time to time on LTE. For example try mo speed test 8pm, then speed test ulit at 2am. Mas malakas speed if 2am diba?

Maganda lang yung qos if stable net mo for example 10mbps pldt, the speed will always be 10mbps no matter the time. Unlike LTE which the speed changes depending on the time.

Further note, no need to read:
If kailangan talaga mag implement ng qos router, pwede naman. Pero hihingi yan yung router ng speed ng internet mo, so. Since LTE gamit natin, ang ilagay mo jan is yung slowest speed na makukuha mo. Example 8am makakuha ka ng 20mbps while at 8pm 10mbps lang. Ang ilagay mo is 85% of 10mbps which is 8.5mbps.


8.5mbps na yung highest possible speed mo no matter the time since yan nilagay mo. Pero di na yan maglalag sa online games or video conference calls. A bit complicated, I know pero hope maintindihan hahaha.
