punta ka control panel then administrative tools run as admin mo task scheduler

open mo tas punta ka sa microsoft> windows > windows update> delete mo yung mga pending updates except sa may sihboot na word. then restart

also, if you want to debloat your windows 10, I have a .bat file or cmd file to debloat your windows 10, after debloating here is my percentage/usage

20% if idle, 35% and above if may ginagawa/naka opened na apps/softwares na, dati 90% din me lagi kahit wala pa ginagawa because of all the bloatwares
