My samsung gt-c3303k is phone lock. binigay lang to sakin ehh. pero nagamit ko sya tas bigla nalang syang nag ganto kanina.. please help guys

oo nga i- factory reset mo po. habang naka off yang phone, pagsabayin mong pindutin yung volume down at power button
