The simple answer is to eat a lot but precise to say is take vitamins and drink milk 3x Day. Tsaka bawasan ang pagma-mariang palad at binabawasan mo ang nutrisyon mo sa katawan 😂.

Sarap naman po ng problema mo TS. Haha. Damihan ang kain sabay workout. more on sa protein para basta fats kundi muscles kapag lumapad katawan mo.
 
payat ako dati kaso nung nag ka quarantine lagi ko ng inuubos yung laman ng ricecooker kahit busog na ako tas 1-2 months later (ata?) nakita ko na lang na may bilbil na ako and pagkalabas ko ng bahay ang taba ko na. Kain lang ng kanin tataba ka at kain ka naman ng meat for muscle (ata?) tas sabayan mo ng excercise
