Mas ok po per oras ang singil, estimate mo kung ilang hrs need mo to make it work.
If fixed rate, dapat fixed ang requirement problem na usually na eencounter is that the clients demand so much and not offering additional fee.

Yup, mas applicable sa part time ang hourly rate. That's what I do.
