help asap

I reformatted my laptop due to virus attack, when i tried to connect to my b622 it has no internet access but it has connection.. i have tried to open the admin but sad to say it cant no longer access.. i tested it with my desktop and it has internet access.. what would be the possible problem...

paano po mag pasaload sa smart??? kailangan pa po ba ng xtra load pag magpapasa ng load? kunwari, 2pesos load ang papasa ko. pero ang mababawas ay 3pesos load...

mga tol, nung una, naka connect naman ako sa config, then nung nag auto disconnect siya pagkatapos ng 1hour, then nag auto reconnect naman siya, hindi na sya maka connect, eto na yung laging lumalabas... ano ang dapat kong gawin para ma ayos to?? kahit ano nga palang config na i connect ko...
