mga tol.... bago lang smart prepaid sim card ko, ito kaagad lumabas.. ano dapat gawin???

Error 619:A connection to the remote computer could not established, so the port used for this connection was closed.

maybe your gprs isn't activated
.try to activate it
or try to load it atleast P1 then connect it again
