connection problem

bakit po kya E lng ang data connection ng Smart ko sa android eh pag nilitapat ko naman sa broadband nga 3g nmn sya ?? tapos ung sim ko naman na globe H+ nmn sya sa android ko.. paano ko po kya magagawang H or H+ ang smart sim ko ?

I have a 3g globe broadband and it says please insert broadband and sim not detected on my pc but the broadband is working properly. here's what I tried so far reinstalled broadband tested all usb slot and working properly tested broadband on other pc and working properly connection is working...
