❓ Help [HELP] Globe broadband not working properly

I have a 3g globe broadband and it says please insert broadband and sim not detected on my pc but the broadband is working properly.

here's what I tried so far

reinstalled broadband
tested all usb slot and working properly
tested broadband on other pc and working properly
connection is working properly
all drivers are checked and installed properly or so it says

advance thank you for the helpwhen I say "connection is working properly" it means it works properly on other pc
