When I first came across the image below, I actually tried to find out whether what is written there was actually mentioned in the manga, but failed to find anything.
I’m not the only one who can’t find any mention of a soul mate being able to dissipate a love charm in the manga either (special chapters included). And everyone who has asked that question so far has never gotten a proper source for it. “Confirmed in the manga later” is not a source without the relevant panels.
So no, unless someone posts a page from the manga that really confirms this, this is really just someone’s opinion that’s getting passed around as a fact.
