PBBM extends free EDSA Carousel rides until year-end By Prince Golez President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. has extended the free ride on EDSA Carousel buses until December, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) announced Friday. On Facebook, DOTr said Marcos approved its memorandum recommending the continuation of the Libreng Sakay Program for all passengers of the EDSA Bus Carousel until the end of the year. “The move will ease the burden of rising living expenses on Filipino families and help them save money, especially with the return of face-to-face classes after more than two years,” the media release read. Séverine De Laveleye, a Belgian parliamentarian, said this as she presented the interim report of the International Observer Mission (IOM) on the May 9 elections.
