bakit nga ba parang galit na galit yung anti-bbm, if hindi naman ika-yayaman ng mga individual ang kung gumanda or hindi ang politics natin(hindi kasama na inherently corrupt ang Government natin).

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is launching a cash assistance program to help needy Filipino students in the upcoming academic year (SY) 2022-2023, DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo said on Thursday, August 18.
This educational assistance falls under the Assistance for Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) of the DSWD and will be executed from Saturday August 20th to September 24th.
