JUST IN: A VCM here in Camarin, Caloocan City has been down for an hour. Officials have advised voters to leave their ballots so they can be processed later. UPDATE [8:30 a.m.]: Officials said a technician is still trying to fix the machine. They also said they are waiting for a VCM in another precinct here to become available so they can process the ballots later.
