S. Korean supreme court reinstates impeached PM
Han Duck-soo took over as acting leader from President Yoon Suk Yeol, who was himself impeached over his short-lived declaration of martial law in December. Han was impeached on Dec. 27 after clashing with the opposition-led parliament by refusing to appoint three more justices to the Constitutional Court. The justices on the court ruled seven to one to strike down the impeachment on Monday. Five of the eight justices said the impeachment motion was valid, but there were not enough grounds to impeach Han as he did not violate the constitution or the law, according to a court statement. FPRRD's interim release subject for Bangag Jr.'s approval haha

AFP welcomes 2nd US mid-range missile launcher

MILF questions BARMM chief's appointment

Trump revokes protections for 530,000 migrants
Those migrants have been warned to leave the country before their permits and deportation shield are cancelled on 24 April, according to a notice posted by the federal government. Counsel Nicholas Kaufman confident of Duterte's acquittal

Trump to shut down US DepED
The order directs Education Secretary Linda McMahon to "take all necessary steps to facilitate the closure (of) the Department of Education and return education authority to the States, while continuing to ensure the effective and uninterrupted delivery of services, programs, and benefits on which Americans rely."
