San mo ba gagamitin? I'm assuming na for thesis yan or project sa school. You can use hostinger ($2.15/mo) or 000webhost pero may small banner sya sa right bottom pag free user ka, another one is x10hosting. You want to secure your website for free? you can use Cloudflare, it's free and easy to setup. Google is your friend

Maybe may requirements yung project nyo kaya ρáíd host ang need nyo. Like may mga ports kasi na nakablocked mostly pag free host, compared sa ρáíd, naka open sya, ex: is smtp, imap, pop3 etc.
